If you train pack animals for hauling you can simply leave the priority number blank for hauling for all of your colonists and depending on how big your colony is you may need to use 1 or 2 for really big big colonies 3 dedicated cleaners as well.

They won t build it if it doesn t have support so if the room is too large you may need to add a few pillars.
