Yes i installed my ring2 doorbell with the solar charging plate and the mounting holes lined up the same.

Hello i installed a solar charger for my doorbell 3 and its not working. Try charging the battery to 100 as well as checking the solar panel connection is clear of any debris and is securely connected to the cam. However the solar charger does not work. The doorbell has to be mounted just right onto the panel in order to lock into place.

Same as you i bought the original doorbell then solar panel. When i installed it it said it was establised it gets sun from 7 am till 6 pm so whats going wrong.
