Samsung French Door Fridge Freezer Not Cooling

My samsung refrigerator is not cooling but my freezer is ok 01 the evaporator coils are frosted over the defrost heater assembly turns on a few times throughout the day to melt away any frost that may have accumulated on the evaporator coils.

If the refrigerator is not in cooling off mode has power and is still not cooling at all unplug the refrigerator or flip the circuit breaker for 2 minutes then plug it back in. 3 vacation mode vacation mode will keep the freezer on but the fridge compartment will run at 15 c which will feel warmer than usual.
